Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Timeline:
- Order placed → processed within 1–2 business days
- Shipped → delivered within 5–10 business days
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–12 business days
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
A Few Things To Note:
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or high-volume periods.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has shipped.
Order Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window or you believe it has been lost or damaged in transit, contact us at vernalle.support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at vernalle.support@gmail.com. We can only make changes before the order has been processed and shipped. Once an order is in fulfillment we are unable to make changes.
